For centuries the relationship between Great Britain and France has been marked by wars and rivalries, but also by mutual alliances. Both societies have a markedly different concept of Europe, but a strong commercial relationship allowed them to work together towards a common goal: the construction of the Channel Tunnel. 1987 Channel Tunnel is a game in which you will compete as France or Great Britain in the biggest engineering project of all time. Lead your team of workers, develop technology and seek funding to get your tunnel-boring machine (TBM) to the centre first.
