Shipping

We offer shipping via Canada Post, Chit Chats, Purolator, UPS or Instore-Pickup depending on the shipping option chosen at check-out. We reserve the right to change courier service on orders using a free or discount shipping method. Orders are shipped out daily, Monday through Friday at 4pm, except on statutory holidays. In the event of a service disruption with Canada Post, Wizard's Tower will hold orders until the disruption is resolved, or provide the option to choose and pay for an alternate shipping options.

Wizard's Tower is not responsible for delays within the Canada Post system and does not provide refunds for items that arrive outside the estimated times.

Free Shipping on Orders over $200.00 is a discounted service where the first $20.00 of the shipping costs are covered by us. This applies to all the products we sell online and the discount will automatically be applied at check out.

Letter Mail shipping is only available for orders that contain ONLY card singles, have an order subtotal of less than $200.00 and a cart quantity of less than 240 cards. If you need more than 240 cards, kindly place multiple orders. Letter Mail orders over $30.00 will qualify for Free Letter Mail Service. Card singles orders that are above $200 before taxes and discounts will qualify to receive discount shipping with Canada Post Expedited Shipping like regular orders over $200.00.

Orders sent by Canada Post Letter Mail shipping are not guaranteed and could be lost by Canada Post as there is no tracking available for this shipping option. For guaranteed shipping options, please upgrade to a shipping option with tracking. Please note that Canadian Letter Mail offered by Canada Post can take 3 to 28 business days. If after 28 business days you still haven't received your order, please contact us and we will investigate further for you.

Hold of Shipping is a service we offer so customers can hold multiple orders to be shipped together. Contact us when you are ready to have your orders shipped together. You are required to pay for any shipping costs and we will send you an invoice for you to pay prior to us shipping out your orders.

Unless specifically noted by the customer on an order, if multiple orders are placed under the same account during a single shipping period, we reserve the right to combine and ship them together.

Please note that all orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer in the Checkout process and not any other address you might have, which includes any address that an outside source would have for you, including Paypal. For security reasons, we may ship orders paid by credit to the card holder's billing address, please make sure your credit card billing address is correct and up to date. We reserve the right to change shipping from Letter Mail to Expedited Parcel shipping for any order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or wrong address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order sent out a second time and we are not responsible for orders that have been lost or not returned to us due to the customer giving us an incorrect address which includes missing an apt # with their address.

Please note that shipping is a taxable service. If the cost of shipping is discounted, tax will be due on the balance.

We only ship within Canada and International shipping is not available.

In-Store Pickup Orders

Any returns/exchanges can only be done by the account holder.

Any returns are refunded to the original payment method.

If an in-store order is not picked up within 12 months, the contents of the order will be returned to the store. You will be contacted via email at least 4 times before this occurs.

We reserve the right to not give out any orders to anyone that is not the account holder. If account holder is unable to pickup their order in store, you have the option of having it mailed to the BILLING address on file for that particular order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Valid government issued photo ID is required on all instore pick ups.
