How to Return an Item Purchased Online

If you decide you no longer want an item within 14 days of delivery or pickup, we’re happy to offer a refund once the product is returned.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unopened and in its original condition
  • It must arrive back to us in the same condition as when it was shipped
  • You may mail the item back to us or return it to our physical location
  • You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return
  • Original shipping costs (to you) are non-refundable

Exceptions

  • No returns on Trading Card Game singles or Clearance items.
  • If the item is a pre-order, additional fees may apply (see our Order Cancellation Policy below)

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on unopened products returned to our store within 30 days of purchase.

To process an exchange or return:

  • You must provide proof of purchase, or we must be able to locate the transaction in your account history

You may choose to:

  • Receive store credit for the value of the item
  • Have the value refunded to the original form of payment

Note: All returned items must be in unopened, original condition

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may need to be returned instead (see Online Return Policy above).

Pre-Orders

  • Cancellations of pre-orders are subject to a 10% processing fee, based on the total order value
  • Delays due to release dates, allocation issues, production, distribution, or other logistical factors outside of our control do not qualify as valid reasons to waive this policy.
  • We do our best to price items accurately, however, unexpected changes in the cost of an item might happen. If the cost of an item you have preordered drops significantly, for example an expected tariff is removed, we will automatically offer you a partial refund for the difference. Should the cost of a preorder item increase significantly we will offer you the choice of cancelling the order with a full refund or the choice to pay for the increase cost.
